* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Interior Cumberland Highlands,
Northern Franklin, Northern Oxford, Southern Franklin, and
Southern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll,
Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, and Southern Coos Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite
and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.

Information:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
